Cancellations
Something came up and you want to cancel? You can! Let us know via Info@wenboutique.com and make sure you do this before we ship the order (usually within 1-3 days). Are you too late? Don't worry, you can still return the order. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Wrong / damaged items
The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.
